POSITION DESCRIPTION

As an intern in the Salesforce Customer Engagement practice, you will actively participate in learning the Salesforce CRM solutions and engage in the full cycle of software implementation. This will include working directly with clients, learning their business and gathering the requirements of a tailored, effective software solution. Interns will have integral involvement in designing, building and documenting system enhancements, and then testing the results and training customer personnel in their use. The Company's internship program is intended to provide students the opportunity to practice business skills learned in school while gaining "real-world" experience and provide you with the opportunity to contribute through challenging work.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform business analyst functions: Engage in requirements gathering sessions with clients & Assist in the creation of design documentation.
  • Hands on configuration of the application
  • Work with client to validate the solution
  • Assist with training
  • Perform ongoing support as needed
  • Participate in the Agile Methodologies

REPORTING STRUCTURE

  • Position reports directly to the Project Manager.

SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work in a self-directed manner and develop strong working relationships with clients
  • Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant, hands-on work related experience working in a team environment
  • Desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to work independently and follow through with various duties and tasks

EDUCATION + REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates should be currently enrolled college juniors or seniors.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, MIS, Accounting, Computer Science or other related business fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service background a plus
